Hum, gomen for not writing in soooo long, it feels like i just dropped out of
MSN (and of MT as well) for some time now... I hope everything's going smoothly
with work and ants .
Anyway, me is fine, my exams are over for now (back in february though), and the
hospital life is much more thrilling than the theorical lessons. It's the
holidays around here, no snow though (as usual) but cold (well... around 0
celsius i mean ).
Okay, the point is, Merry Christmas to you (joyeux noel, pourquoi je parle en
anglais ?). J'espere que tu vas bien profiter de cette periode de fete (tu
bosses pas au moins ?), tu vas pouvoir dormir pendant la journee et regarder des
animes la nuit, faire du pudding aux fourmis etc etc...
Yea, i wanted to download the english scanlation of SDK, but they only
translated until volume 13, quite dissapointed. I could buy them, but there are
no english versions sold here where i live. There are only chinese and malay
translations. Bummer. Coz all my mangas are downloaded from the net .
Sometimes it's hard to find the manga i want.

CONGRATS! Feels great doesn't it XP!
For some reason, I knew it was from you even before I opened it. And yet, it's
doesn't look quite the same as the other things I saw from you. (well, what
little I saw from you, I never went through your entire gallery ) Cool picky for an oldie. I love how the lines look messy (especially for the
necklace)... The face features look really great, neck is maybe a bit weird
(starts a bit close to the chin) to my taste, however, all the rest looks really
great. You know, you say that character is the most depressive, but in this
drawing, he looks kinda hopeful. Oh, well... Great
job!
Hi there Ayamael!
Sorry for the long time for replying, it's jut we had a holiday here and I was
off the computer for a few days, hehe!
Thanks for the reply on my doujin... I guess it's a bit different from those
I've been doing now cause this one's a bit old... And yes, the neck is kinda
weird... I agree with that.. -__-
He is a very complicated charcther... imagine a person that is having a lot of
fun in a moment, and then, 3 seconds later starts thinking about something bad
that happened.. well, that's him... hehe... anyway... I never finished the story
on paper... just in my head...
And well, Thanks again for the coment!

Thanks for the comment on my Falling Flame wall! I did update it and added some
reds to the flames and I erased the edges of the moon so that it looked sharper,

Would you just happen to be a year older ? This time i reckon i got the date

Anyway, i guess it's that time, how do you feel, oldie ? Eheh, now you're a real
adult in my eyes (i'm not yet as you could have guessed), you've got a job and
everything.... Why am I talking in english ?
Bon, ben je te le dis dans les 2 langues dans ce cas : Joyeux anniversaire, et

Let's trade 'occupations'! You can have 'office gal extraordinaire' (since

'daydreamer' (since I practically just spending lots of time at home
writing/working on students' silly school stuff [... which reminds me, I have to
ask them for their payment tomorrow! ] while
trying to cope with crappy internet). Anything gossipy or interesting while at
work, hnn?
You've been a big help, really. Oh, about what I intend to do with the
answers... well, I don't clearly know yet, but at least, you (doujin artists:
plural sense) voicing your (plural) opinions on it might help me focus in coming
up with ideas to support doujinshi, taking into account the doujin artists'
concerns. Sometimes, though I have good intentions on how to support you guys,
maybe consulting with you first is best... I noticed that nowadays in MT,
consultations like shin's thread are pretty much rare... and maybe just talking
about issues help, right?

[Question for doujin artists] How do you want to be supported?
First off, I want to apologize for the overbearing posts recently in the DSC.
Maybe I'm talking too much, failing to listen. Suggesting too much, failing to
hear what you desire to say.
To doujin artists: How do you want to be supported? What would make you feel
appreciated and loved? What kind of appreciation do you want for yourself and
your art? Personally and/or as a whole movement of independent artists?
All doujin artists, whether they belong in other MT doujin groups or going solo,
are happily welcomed to post their opinions! Please don't worry about your poor
English, too. Your answers are very important to me and will be valued, however
they are stated.
[ This is more or less what I intend to do with
the answers to the thread... I don't have to add this, no? ]
Your opinions would be very very helpful for me personally, because as much as I
would like to continue supporting doujinshi and you artists, maybe what I have
in heart, mind and intent as ways of doing so might not match or coincide with
how you want to be supported. Perhaps for others, what you'll say might aid them
in their own ways of supporting you and your art.

Yasashiburi desu ne? It's Strawhat, my browser crashed and I lost my MT pw. The
pw reset hasn't been installed on the new MT yet, so my account is lost...
hopefully just for now. How have you been?, new job, new home. I really hope to
hear from you and how you've been.
Hellooooo~ Aya-san! ^__^ *waves*
Comment ca va? I was really very glad to receive news about you! It
has been a while since then I am
very very sorry for replying so very late gomen
neeeeeeee!
I haven't been really active in here neither, though I try to log in regulary I
haven't been very active, and I'm still not very active
anywayyyy ....
I'm really glad to hear you are doing so well! You've got a job really quickly
after finishing the translation degree
And it really sounds great, a good place to work, indeed. I still haven't got a
good job in translation it's
so dificult here, maybe I need to go to the mainland
So you will be starting soon, right? I hope it goes really well! ^^
Oh! and how was the "moving in" work? I hope it went well and that you
found a nice place to move in ^^
It's a pity the JET program didn't worked out. But it proved to be the best for
you, ne? I'm really glad to hear everything is going so well for you! ^^ I was
interested in that program too, heheh I haven't given up in going to Japan yet,
let's see what happens
Well, a bit about me. I have a job in a translation agency but not as a
translator ... yet I'm set
in the organisation of events group, but not organisating, just receiving orders
from the organisators . So,
although we get to work with foreigners I don't get to translate properly :P
Actually I mainly work in two or three big places serving the people there not
very funny really and
eventually I work with tourists. But I'm not planning to stay in this job for
any longer. I'm looking for another job, and I'll try to leave this one at the
beginning of next year. I'm also applying for a schoolarship but it's really
hard to get in. There are lots of people and lots of tests to pass (this
started in july) I've passed everything until now, but I'm not setting my hopes
too high because it's really tough. If I get it, I may be able to go to Japan
though mnn anyway, I'll wait and see how this goes, and I'll think about
what I'm gonna do later
That's about it. Not much to tell really oh! and
I'll be taking the NOKEN japanese exam in december too *crosses
fingers*
Anyway, I really wish you the best and I hope I can get news from you
soon!^_^
Take care and talk to you later!

How bout you what's ur future plans?
I wanna hear a lot from you!
Hi! How are you?
Lol, yes, French is indeed very hard, even those who speak it from birth tend to
have difficulties with grammar and spelling... It's a bit of a problem that
worries a lot of scholars right now.
As for future plans, I'm starting to work in October, that's Spretty much it...
I don't like thinking ahead much. I just take things as they come.
And good luck... only one more year of school to go through . I'm
sure it'll go by very fast, and in the end, you'll realize it wasn't long enough
(okay, maybe not the accounting part ).
Anyways, take care! See ya!
Oooh.. im having a hard time computing and analyzing accounting problems!
Makes me feel as if I'm going to die with those worksheets and all those
complicated problems!
Whew! I think iI have to double my time in my studies!
Its just how accounting makes my world go stink!
Pretty much i need to love the subject and endure more just to graduate!
Speaking French indeed is such a skill.
A skill that can make everybody's mouth say "oooh, that great! "
Hahahahaha! another good point in studying those languages!
Well till here as of now, need to go..
many stuffs to do.
Soo.. just take care and go on practicing that impressive language.
That makes the people STUNNED!
See yah..
Quote by you As for really interesting for
big, juicy (in other words, incomprehensible) words, I suggest you look in a
medical dictionary like this one :
[/url]http://www.buenasalud.com/dic/index.cfm?lookup=A[/url]. For example, just
for the letter A, there are words like "abulia", "acidosis"
and "adenocarcinoma"...
What is that supposed to mean ? everyone understand these very well ... Ahah, jking, but whew, seems like you gave usefull links (*is the one that
should update himself with spanish

Anyway, i hope you're doing fine over there, though it seems you're a bit
stressed over your moving, but i'm sure it'll be okay (i mean, except if there's
an early blizzard that burries all your belongings under piles of snow

My turn to give you a late reply. How are you? And what have you been up to?
Here it's a bit crazy, apartment hunt, then furniture hunt... I'm preparing to

P-S. Lol, the quick reply box is still small, maybe you should ask a mod about
it, ro report it in the bugs forum At least, your entire page isn't screwed up like it does sometimes when
someone misuses quote tags, that's good! lol
Take care and good bye!
Hi! I'm doing fine, thanks for asking! How are you doing? Well lately I haven't
done anything except homework and go bike riding with my uncle! But today i'm

=> ca me donnera l'occasion

*poke* *poke*! Yes I'm still alive, in case you were wondering . How are you? I dissapeared again, sorry, and this will probably be my last
message for a while too . I went apartment hunting a few weeks ago, found a nice little place, bought
furniture and stuff... And I'm moving in about 3 weeks o_O. It's happening so
fast. So you're also thinking of leaving your parent's house? Sounds
good, if it's what you need. Honestly, I'm not so sure I'm ready, but I have to.
At
least, I'll live 20 minutes away from a mall and inside the mall, there is... a
small movie theatre! Finally, movies! Kidding... Anyways, I hope you're doing

up to u soon and hey don't disappear for to long next time ^_^
Later and have fun with the move if i don't hear u before then ...
Hey there Ayamael! Thanks for stopping by my guestbook! Ooo, Pride and Prejudice was a good read... though
if I hadn't had to analyze the novel to death in high school I probably would
love it even more. I
haven't read too many novels lately... the latest one I checked out was called
The Dante Club by Matthew Pearl. I
thought it was a pretty interesting novel albiet a little gruesome at times.
It's a murder mystery novel with a fictionalized account of when Henry Wadsworth
Longfellow was translating the Inferno into English. It helps if you've read
Dante's Inferno, but it's not necessary
(you can even search online to just gain a basic knowledge of the 7 circles of
Hell.) Glad to hear that you liked Memoirs of a
Geisha though! There's another novel based in Japan that I really love
called The Samurai's Garden by Gail
Tsukiyama. I'm not sure how far it has been distributed, but it's definitely one
of my all time favorite novels! Well, happy reading/moving and see you around!
Quote by AyamaelHey there Gin! How are
you?
I'm finally done with the moving x_X... To answer your question, I was moving
out of my appartment in the city where I was studying and back into my mother's
home for the summer... Then I'll have to move again in autumn, but it doesn't
really matter So now I'm taking the rest of the summer to find a new appartment, then be
lazy and rest Hoping I'll be able to catch up with everyone on MT as well as clean up my
computer (I have almost no disk space left ) ... I also have about 15 books in French and English and 3 mangas in
Japanese to read, 10 jigsaw-puzzles to do, and hopefully, I'll draw a bit So I'm
not being that lazy, I just do things I like to do
Btw, I'm sorry if my last message sounded like I was gloating I really wasn't, I swear! I was happy to find work so fast, of course...
Since I was expecting it would take me a few months at least, if not a year...
But at the same time I was feeling really bad about your having a hard time on
that side And I was really glad to hear you got job offers, even if they
aren't ideal jobs, at least, they can help you out for the time being. Seems you
have a very good friend who really tries to help you out. What
did you do in the end? Which job did you pick?
You have an issue with the heat, huh? These days, I wonder who doesn't I know working in it is a pain. I used to work in a factory during summer...
Very hot! But the worst wasn't inside the factory unlike what it could seem. I
really found the heat confortable up to some point. I found working under the
sunlight is much more demanding. Well, for one thing, my eyes are really
sensitive to light, so I get headaches if there's too much light (same if there
isn't enough), add to that risks of sunburns, dehydration... all very painful or
dangerous. Now I even avoid going outside during sunny days, and get into fights
with my mom over it... she wishes she could see me take on some colors, but I
don't want to.
Anyways, I'll stop with the heat ranting (we're going through a heat wave today,
and to make it worst, it's humid... I guess that's why I talked so much about it
) I really hope things are going better for you ^^ I'd feel bad if
it doesn't. Hope to get news from you soon ^^ Take good care of yourself and
cya!
I've returned,and I'm worned out than evey =___=.So
how has Ayameal been fairing lately? Eh,Gin has seen better days, trust him when
he says that. He's overworked, over stressed, and damn sick of the laziness and
disrespect of not only his family but from those around him.He wants to be left
alone to get himself together and stop feeling so damn miserable, sorrowful, and
pesstimistic.
That's too much moving, and Gin knows that because he
moves at least once a year. And you have to move again next month?Insane x_X.At
least you're making attempts to catch up with things,Gin is starting to get very
lazy due to work.Oh,Gis is planning to quit that lame ass job he is working
right now. They are not treating him or the other workers right and he is getting
sick of being bs'd for hours.I will look for something else though before I
quit.
It's ok Aya,Gin thinks he was being abit rough when
he said that,he was moody at that time. It's ok though and it is still good you
found work so quickly.Anyway, the job offers~the first one I have not gotten yet
only because of the heat.I seriously cannot be out there,my body can't handle it
so well like it use to.I'll probably take it next month when it's colder and
just do that for a couple of months to save up,but I need to get my actually
driver's license because I'll be working with different vehicles. The second
one,the lady's husband lost the bid on the for the project. However, she said they
would still keep trying and let me know so I could work with them. The heat issue
probably would be so bad if you could stay out of direct sunlight,it just makes
it worst. At least you don't have to work in a factory anymore.Everything you
mentioned is why I want to stay out of the heat as much as possible now,I don't
even like walking anymore because that and work .
Damn, I think most of my message consisted of
talking about the heat.Anyway,to let youo know,I have not really been drawing
too much as of late.I still blame work for most of woes, but yeh.Anyway, reply
back and let me know how you'e doing.Bye Ayamael ^-^ *hugglez*

a bit short, but otherwise it looks pretty cool! ^^
Yeah, hehe, finally, huh? well, I didn't want to submit it during the first
stage of the contest ... I thing it's mostly weird then scary, eve because I
dunno how to draw this kinds of cuttie-cute pets, hehe I am so lame for that!

Yasashiburi desu ne? It's Strawhat, my browser crashed and I lost my MT pw. The pw reset hasn't been installed on the new MT yet, so my account is lost... hopefully just for now. How have you been?, new job, new home. I really hope to hear from you and how you've been.
Well wishes,
Straw Hat
Hellooooo~ Aya-san! ^__^ *waves*
It
has been a while since then
I am
very very sorry for replying so very late
gomen
neeeeeeee!
anywayyyy ....
Comment ca va? I was really very glad to receive news about you!
I haven't been really active in here neither, though I try to log in regulary I haven't been very active, and I'm still not very active
I'm really glad to hear you are doing so well! You've got a job really quickly after finishing the translation degree
And it really sounds great, a good place to work, indeed. I still haven't got a
good job in translation
it's
so dificult here, maybe I need to go to the mainland
So you will be starting soon, right? I hope it goes really well! ^^
Oh! and how was the "moving in" work? I hope it went well and that you found a nice place to move in ^^
It's a pity the JET program didn't worked out. But it proved to be the best for you, ne? I'm really glad to hear everything is going so well for you! ^^ I was interested in that program too, heheh I haven't given up in going to Japan yet, let's see what happens
Well, a bit about me. I have a job in a translation agency but not as a translator ... yet
I'm set
in the organisation of events group, but not organisating, just receiving orders
from the organisators
. So,
although we get to work with foreigners I don't get to translate properly :P
Actually I mainly work in two or three big places serving the people there
not
very funny really
and
eventually I work with tourists. But I'm not planning to stay in this job for
any longer. I'm looking for another job, and I'll try to leave this one at the
beginning of next year. I'm also applying for a schoolarship but it's really
hard to get in. There are lots of people and lots of tests to pass
(this
started in july) I've passed everything until now, but I'm not setting my hopes
too high because it's really tough. If I get it, I may be able to go to Japan
though
mnn anyway, I'll wait and see how this goes, and I'll think about
what I'm gonna do later
oh! and
I'll be taking the NOKEN japanese exam in december too *crosses
fingers*
That's about it. Not much to tell really
Anyway, I really wish you the best and I hope I can get news from you soon!^_^
Take care and talk to you later!
Oooh.. im having a hard time computing and analyzing accounting problems!

another good point in studying those languages!

Makes me feel as if I'm going to die with those worksheets and all those complicated problems!
Whew! I think iI have to double my time in my studies!
Its just how accounting makes my world go stink!
Pretty much i need to love the subject and endure more just to graduate!
Speaking French indeed is such a skill.
A skill that can make everybody's mouth say "oooh, that great! "
Hahahahaha!
Well till here as of now, need to go..

Anyway, i hope you're doing fine over there, though it seems you're a bit stressed over your moving, but i'm sure it'll be okay (i mean, except if there's an early blizzard that burries all your belongings under piles of snow !).
So take good care of you

Salut aya !
=> ca me donnera l'occasion d'aller voir la capitale !)
A plouche, et take care

I see someone has been busy this is just a what's up, glad to see u are moving and starting your life, i am doing the same but i'm at work now but i'll catch up to u soon and hey don't disappear for to long next time ^_^
Later and have fun with the move if i don't hear u before then ...
Hey there Ayamael! Thanks for stopping by my guestbook! Ooo, Pride and Prejudice was a good read... though if I hadn't had to analyze the novel to death in high school I probably would love it even more.
I
haven't read too many novels lately... the latest one I checked out was called
I've returned, and I'm worned out than evey =___=.So how has Ayameal been fairing lately? Eh,Gin has seen better days, trust him when he says that. He's overworked, over stressed, and damn sick of the laziness and disrespect of not only his family but from those around him.He wants to be left alone to get himself together and stop feeling so damn miserable, sorrowful, and pesstimistic.
That's too much moving, and Gin knows that because he moves at least once a year. And you have to move again next month?Insane x_X.At least you're making attempts to catch up with things,Gin is starting to get very lazy due to work.Oh,Gis is planning to quit that lame ass job he is working right now. They are not treating him or the other workers right and he is getting sick of being bs'd for hours.I will look for something else though before I quit.
It's ok Aya,Gin thinks he was being abit rough when he said that,he was moody at that time. It's ok though and it is still good you found work so quickly.Anyway, the job offers~the first one I have not gotten yet only because of the heat.I seriously cannot be out there,my body can't handle it so well like it use to.I'll probably take it next month when it's colder and just do that for a couple of months to save up,but I need to get my actually driver's license because I'll be working with different vehicles. The second one,the lady's husband lost the bid on the for the project. However, she said they would still keep trying and let me know so I could work with them. The heat issue probably would be so bad if you could stay out of direct sunlight,it just makes it worst. At least you don't have to work in a factory anymore.Everything you mentioned is why I want to stay out of the heat as much as possible now,I don't even like walking anymore because that and work
.
Damn, I think most of my message consisted of talking about the heat.Anyway,to let youo know,I have not really been drawing too much as of late.I still blame work for most of woes, but yeh.Anyway, reply back and let me know how you'e doing.Bye Ayamael ^-^ *hugglez*
Yeah, hehe, finally, huh? well, I didn't want to submit it during the first stage of the contest ... I thing it's mostly weird then scary, eve because I dunno how to draw this kinds of cuttie-cute pets, hehe I am so lame for that!
But it's good that you liked it!
Thanks!
Hehe, i'm moving down the path of the elder ^_^... i reckon i'm now in the little quarter of MT citizens that is above 20 years old !
Eh voila, j'ecris encore en anglais... Bon, en tout cas, merci pour le petit msg dans mon GB *bois le lait et mange le gateau* (d'ailleurs je vais avoir une indigestion, ma mere m'a achete une boite de biscuit geante
).
